Pom Pom’s
Glue Stick
Hot Glue Gun
Dinosaur Cut Outs - Similar
Instructions
1. Cover the back side of a Dinosaur Cut Out with the Glue Stick, press onto hat, making sure to press the entire Cut Out firmly onto the hat.
2. Hot Glue one Pom Pom onto the top of each hat.
